UI / UX Designer Jinius (Κωδ.821)

- Responsible for performing User eXperience research, creating platform wireframes, interactive prototypes, delivering cross-platform designs adhering to UX best practices and overseeing usability testing for both enhancements to existing as well as new services.
- Oversee user experience across the platform, ensuring that the content is user friendly and easy to understand by our target users.
- Lead the development of the user interface elements in collaboration with stakeholders and refining them towards a polished design, considering typography, iconography, layout and brand identity along the way, to satisfy business needs.
- Work within project teams employing agile methods analysing requirements together with product managers.
- Champion a solid user research process that includes topic, user and market research, and ensure that developed features are user tested and validated.
- Use your design skills to create brand materials such as graphics, packaging, logos, billboards as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends, techniques and best practices for web and mobile design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Multimedia or related field
- 3+ years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer, user researcher or similar role
- Portfolio demonstrating experience in designing for responsive web and mobile
- Familiarity with web publications and creating and evaluating digital content
- Hands-on experience with UI Design software (e.g.Figma, xD, Adobe Photoshop), wireframing and UI prototyping tools
- Experience creating user-centred design for large scale websites and/or applications and mobile platforms
- Examples of user research, including data collection and analysis using tools like Google Clarity, Google Analytics, or Hotjar to inform product design
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other UI development tools will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communications skills in both English and Greek
