Vladimir Sidorov was born in 1961. He graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with a BSc in experimental physics.

He is professional investment banker and banking specialist with 20+ years of experience. He currently serves as a Non-Excutive Board Member, Deputy Chairman, of Nadzhniy Bank (Russia) and Non-Executive Director, Third Rome Investment Solutions (Russia). He works for Vnesheconombank, a Russian State company, as deputy director of department.

Vladimir also holds the following positions:
