- Design, coordinate and monitor the work of the Sales team for the effective management and development of client relationships, to achieve the business development goals of the Private Clients / Affluent Banking Unit.
- Help the Private Clients / Affluent Banking team in building portfolio through a variety of business development techniques.
- Responsible for a team of Relationship Officers.
- Participate in client meetings for the offering of banking and investment products and services.
- Monitor the international money-capital markets for information on developments.
- Systematically analyse and present financial and non-financial data and monitor, measure, and report on the Sales team’s productivity.
- Lead, support and educate a dynamic team of professionals on banking and investments product strategy and offering.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or other related field or a professional qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is required.
- Master’s degree in a related subject and / or CFA (or working towards CFA designation) and / or CISI qualification will be considered as an advantage.
- CySEC Licensed (Advanced) for the provision of Investment Services (or working towards obtaining the license).

- 5+ years experience within a senior position in Wealth / Investment Management industry.
- Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
- Strong financial and business acumen, experience in sales techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and leading a team of professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to influence and collaborate with others.
- Client-focused with experience in cultivating and deepening client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills including ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and management.
- Pleasant personality with integrity.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek & English.
