Option through which you can create new Direct Debits for Bank of Cyprus credit cards only.

General information

• The new Direct Debit comes into effect on the date of issuance of the next card account statement date
• To open a new Direct Debit for Authority/Organization utility payments, you need to contact each organization separately

Process

• From Account: Select accordingly
• To Account option: available options are 
  • Connected card account – select one of your connected accounts from the drop-down list
  • Other BOC account - Enter the account number of the “Visa / MasterCard credit card”
• Installment option: Select whether you wish for Full Settlement (repayment of the total amount due) or Minimum Installment (the minimum payment from the total amount due)
• Accept the Terms and Conditions: Click on “Terms and Conditions” to read them. Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions
• Submit: Click to submit the transaction 
• Confirm: Click to confirm the transaction
• Digipass Code: Enter a digipass code
• Transaction Number: The system returns a message with the transaction status.  Click on the transaction number to view the specific transaction details
