How do I activate my card?

For added security, the new card you received is deactivated.  You can activate it at any time and in any way you prefer:

BoC Mobile Banking app

  • 1 log in to the Mobile Banking app
  • 2 select 'Cards'
  • 3 select the card you want to activate
  • 4 click on "Activate Card". Your card is now ready to use.

Internet Banking

  • 1 Connect with 1Bank
  • 2 select "Cards"
  • 3 select the card you want to activate
  • 4 click on "Activate Card". Your card is now ready to use.

Additional activation methods

POS terminal:

Activate your card with your first transaction at any POS terminal.

ATM:

Activate your card at any ATM around the world by entering your card's PIN code, which can be found in the BoC Mobile Banking Application under Cards - View PIN

Call centre:

Activate your card by calling 800 00 800 (+35722128000 from abroad),
Monday-Friday, 07:45-18:00 and Saturday-Sunday, 09:00-17:00
