We are seeking to recruit a Customer Relationship Officer for our Corporate Banking Unit to join our dedicated team of professionals. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for the management and development of the Bank’s relationship with a number of Corporate Clients.

- Analysis of financial data and business plans in order to formulate sustainable financing proposals for new lending and/or negotiation of restructurings of existing facilities and achieve business development and maintaining/improving portfolio quality
- Identifies growth opportunities, promotes the Group's products and services and conducts cross- sales to existing and new customers in order to satisfy customer needs and achieve objectives
- Manages and resolves customer needs/questions/complaints and responds promptly to their requests in order to maintain a high level of service quality in accordance with the standards of the Group.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), Accounting, Finance or other related fields.
- Master’s degree in a related field will be considered as an advantage.
