Staff Problems/ Complaints Resolution Process
Although employee’s personal affairs are respected, they must not conflict with the terms of employment and other existing Group regulations and existing laws.
At Bank of Cyprus we operate a complaints/problems resolution process for staff members, with the aim of effectively handling and thereby eradicating any form of discrimination or unequal treatment. In order to properly and promptly resolve staff problems/complaints, it is Bank policy that such cases are hierarchically resolved and via the Personal Complaints Committee if needed.
