Stelios is the Chief Information Security Officer at Bank of Cyprus since October 2021.

He is responsible for the design and monitoring of the implementation of the Group's Information Security Programme.  

He joined Bank of Cyprus in August 2020 as Governance Manager under the CIO function. Prior to joining the Bank, and from November 2016 to August 2020, Stelios held the position of Global Chief Information Security Officer for a large multinational BPO services company (Tek Experts Global Ltd).

Earlier, Stelios worked at KPMG Cyprus from 2005 to 2016, where from 2012 he held the position of Director and led the Information Protection and Business Resilience Advisory Services.

He holds a BSc in Computer Systems Engineering from Warwick University UK, and an MBA from Warwick Business School UK. He is a Certified Information System Manager (CISM).
