Financing amount
The loan amount can go up to €120,000.

Maximum repayment period
You may repay your loan in up to 20 years when changes to the layout of the building are made and 10 years in all other cases.

To businesses or self-employed individuals, permanent residents of Cyprus who want to renovate and upgrade the energy efficiency of their business by installing PV systems, new technology or more efficient machinery and equipment, thermal insulation, or soundproofing.

- Quotation/invoice or relevant proof of invoice payment for the cost of the energy upgrade and a written confirmation from a licensed qualified expert and member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber), and/or an Electricity Metering Offset Agreement with EAC (Electricity Authority of Cyprus).
- Disbursements must be accompanied by the relevant invoices/evidence and/or a confirmation from a licensed qualified expert and member of ETEK. If alterations are to be made to the building, certificates of work carried out by the supervising architect/civil engineer must also be presented.
- Mortgage of the property to be renovated/upgraded is a mandatory collateral
