The freedoms to associate and to bargain collectively are fundamental rights and require a conducive and enabling environment. At Bank of Cyprus we recognise the right to collective bargaining as the key to the representation of collective interests. We support freedom to associate and collective bargaining and we recognise their importance in enhancing enterprise performance, managing change and building harmonious industrial relations. Currently 97% of staff are Trade Union members.
