Tender process and management of invoices through Jinius platform

From the 17th of March 2025, Bank of Cyprus Group (the “Group”) will use the Tenders Management Service and the Invoicing Management Service of the Jinius platform for all its tender announcements and for the management and processing of invoices (further details below). Interested persons can register on the Jinius platform to receive the next tender announcement of the Group and to submit, manage and process invoices, digitally.

Jinius platform,  is a customer-centric technology platform offering a wide range of lifestyle products and services to fulfil daily needs of enterprises and citizens.

  1. Tenders Management Service

The Group will use the Tenders Management Service of the Jinius platform for its tender process.

This service allows digitization and facilitates the tender announcement and participation process. The process becomes faster, with reduced operational costs and allows better monitoring of the status of all tenders on one digital platform.

  1. Invoicing Management Service

The Group will use the Invoicing Management Service of the Jinius platform for the management and processing of invoices.

This service allows faster, more efficient and paperless invoice management.

Specifically, the service provides the ability to:

  • Receive immediate updates on the status of invoices (acceptance, payment etc).
  • Maintain the history of invoices and payments on the Jinius platform.
  • Reduce operational costs – eliminate paper / reduce the need to store invoices in physical space.
  • Reduce environmental footprint.
