The total issued share capital of Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the "Company") amounts to €44.082.006 divided into 440.820.060 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0,10 each.

As of 31 March 2025, the Company holds 1,496,122 ordinary shares as treasury shares, pending cancellation which shall take place at the end of the Programme (as defined below). Ordinary shares held in treasury do not carry voting rights. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore 439,323,938.

The above figure 439,323,938 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the Irish Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules 2019.
