Card Management
Option through which you can view and manage cards for which you are the cardholder. You can request the activation of a card, card replacement, early renewal or view your card PIN (available only in BoC Mobile app). You can also proceed with Transactions Dispute.
General information
- Card Activation is available for all user's cards (individual and business) which are pending to be activated prior to their usage. For Prepaid and Internet Cards and for all card renewals, card activation is not required
- Card Replacement due to damage is available for:
- All user's valid cards
- Cards with no arrears (credit cards)
- For Card Replacement Reasons - Lost/Stolen Card- a new card number is created, and present card is suspended immediately and permanently. A new pin number will also be issued and will be available via BOC Mobile App under the option Cards.
- Card Re issue fee will be charged based on the Bank’s published Table of Commissions & Charges as it will be displayed during the process.
- The new card will be mailed to the mailing address maintained by the Bank or to your branch, in case your cards are always received through your branch
Card Replacement/Early Renewal process
- Card: Select one of the cards displayed
- Action: Select if you wish Early Renewal or Replace Card.
- Submit: Click to submit the request
- Confirm: Click to confirm the transaction
- 1bank confirmation: The system returns a message containing the status of the transaction. Click on the Transaction Number to view the details of the transaction.
PIN re-issue process
You can view your PIN through our Mobile App instantly and at no cost, by selecting the “Cards” option and then “View PIN”.
Activate Card process
- Card: Select one of the cards displayed
- Action: Select Activate Card
- Submit: Click to submit the request
- Confirm: Click to confirm the transaction
- Digipass Code: Enter a digipass code and press Confirm
- 1bank confirmation: The system returns a message containing the status of the transaction. Click on the Transaction Number to view the details of the transaction.
Dispute Transactions
Select the transaction which you want to dispute. Any potential fees derived from these transactions will be assessed within the disputed process.
