SupportCY Santa made his first online appearance during Christmas 2020 as the “Virtual Santa” at a time when his physical presence was not possible due to COVID-19 restrictions. He met with and brought smiles to approximately 7,500 children through online interactions during Christmas 2020 and 2021, generously sharing smiles and love.

Spreading the message of social solidarity through the ongoing mission of SupportCY, the SupportCY Santa is with us every year, inviting us to spread the joy of the festive season through a journey of giving and love.

With his bright smile, big heart, and sack full of gifts, the SupportCY Santa visits and chats with children at schools, as well as with children in hospitals, sharing wishes with state services and spreading cheer through the streets of the capital. He also visits Animal Shelters to highlight the need for respect for our four-legged friends and “steals” some time from his busy schedule to donate blood for the National Blood Bank.
