The Vice-Chair provides support and guidance to the Chair as required and in coordination with the Chair, acts as an ambassador for the Board and Group in its relationship with regulators, employees and clients.

The Vice-Chair deputises the Chair at Board, general shareholder or other meetings when the Chair is unable to attend.
